The LEGO® Group’s official online shop, “LEGO® Shop Official Store,” has announced the release of the purchase bonus set “Books Are My Passion,” which will be part of a promotional campaign running from October 28 to November 11. The campaign details are announced on the official LEGO® Ideas blog.
“Books Are My Passion” is the winning entry from the LEGO® Ideas “Singles’ Day” contest, where fan creations are turned into products. The design submitted at the time of entry is also featured later in this article.

The upper shelf is a tall bookshelf that requires a ladder to reach, with a model of a minifigure sitting on a single-seater sofa reading a book in front of it.

Reference Information: Entry Design
This set was decided to be productized after winning the LEGO® Ideas “Singles’ Day” contest held from June to July 2023.
The English title of the product version is “Books are my Passion,” but the original was “Reading, Reading and Reading,” both expressing a passion for reading.
The image below shows the design at the entry stage, but the product version remains very close to the original design.
Notable changes include the globe on top of the bookshelf changing from round to minifigure head-shaped, the removal of a lamp attached to the middle shelf of the bookshelf, and significant changes to the minifigure design. The houseplant present in the product version was not included in the entry design.
