Register LEGO® Sets to Earn Points
You can earn points by registering LEGO® sets you have already purchased to your account.
To earn points by registering your LEGO® sets, first scan the QR code printed on the assembly instructions with your smartphone camera.
Follow the instructions to receive “20 Insiders points.” The points awarded are a flat 20 points regardless of the size of the product.
You can check the number of points you own on the account page of the LEGO® Shop Official Store, so make sure to verify it yourself.
LEGO® sets that have earned points are registered as a collection in the ‘LEGO® Builder’ instruction app.
QR codes are printed on instruction manuals for LEGO® sets released from 2018 onwards. If you have kept the manuals, make sure to register them all!
LEGO® Insiders Points Expiry
LEGO® Insiders points expire if the account is inactive for 18 months.
You will be notified by email three months before the expiry, but frequent users of the LEGO® Shop Official Store need not worry about their LEGO® Insiders points expiring.

The discount code is displayed on the screen when exchanged, and it is also sent via email for your reassurance.
The validity period for the discount code is 60 days after exchanging LEGO® Insiders points.
How to Use Discount Codes
To use a discount code, proceed from My Bag to the cart, then continue to secure checkout, and enter it in the payment section on the address and contact information screen.
There is a promo code entry field in My Bag, but entering the LEGO® Insiders discount code there will result in an error.
Exchange for Exclusive Items
You can exchange for original items that are not for sale.
There is a wide variety of items available for exchange, including exclusive original items you’ll want to collect, LEGO® mini sets, alternate building instructions, coloring pages, and digital wallpapers.
Each item can only be exchanged once. Even if you have enough points, you cannot exchange for the same item twice.
How to Exchange and Receive Items
To receive goods, press the redeem button for the item you want to exchange in the LEGO® Insiders Reward Center to display the redemption code.
Enter that code in the promo code field in My Bag during checkout, and non-digital rewards will be sent along with your purchased items.
The content of LEGO® Insiders reward items is updated regularly, so be sure to check back often.
LEGO® Insiders Early Access
The LEGO® Shop Official Store sometimes offers LEGO® Insiders Early Access, allowing Insiders members to purchase select new products a few days before their official release date.
To get your hands on new products as soon as possible with LEGO® Insiders Early Access, you need to register as a LEGO® Insiders member.
Especially popular new products may become scarce, so using LEGO® Insiders Early Access is effective for ensuring you get them.
