The product name and images of the new LEGO Star Wars gift with purchase set “Luke’s Lightsaber (40730)” have been released on the instruction page of the LEGO Group’s official online shop “LEGO Shop Official Store”.
This lightsaber has the same design as the green-bladed lightsaber Luke received from R2-D2 in the desert when he was about to be executed in “Episode 6: Return of the Jedi”.
It is expected that “Luke’s Lightsaber (40730)” will be given as a gift exclusively to Insiders members who purchase the large LEGO Star Wars set “Jabba’s Sail Barge”, which is anticipated to be released in October, but there is no official announcement at this time.
