A LEGOR brick creation featuring a log cabin station atop a mountain and a mountain railway car. The scene includes a bench, a fishing stream, and a goat enclosure. According to the entrance sign, the station is set at an altitude of 5,039 feet (1,536 m).
The mountain train has a mechanism that allows it to move back and forth and be fixed at any position. This train uses a rack railway system, which has a toothed rail installed between the left and right rails to climb steep gradients.
The indoor space includes areas for cooking and dining, a machine room, storage room, bedroom, and barrels that appear to be for water storage. The station and tracks are connected using hinge parts.
From a top view, the station and track sections are laid out in a V-shape. On the roof, communication equipment and solar panels are installed.
There’s a mechanism where pressing the chimney illuminates the fireplace using light bricks.
What are the chances of it becoming a product?
The creator, Baron von Barron, is an experienced designer advancing to the review stage for the 7th time.
This creator specializes in publishing moving creations, having previously advanced to the review stage with designs such as a monorail, water slide, rafting ride, hydroelectric power plant, and canal lock. While none have passed the review so far, in addition to the Summit Station, two other projects – a canal and a rafting ride – are currently under review.
Recently, LEGOR Ideas has broadened the categories of projects being accepted, so the Summit Station seems to have a chance.
However, as trains and stations are primarily categories handled by LEGOR City, it seems that other projects might have a higher likelihood of passing the review.
Summary of 2024 Second Review Entries
If the projects that advanced to the 2024 Second Review pass the review, they are scheduled to be released as new LEGO(R) Ideas products in 2025-2026.
