A villa can be interpreted as a rich mansion or villa, but this work seems to be a relatively simple and ordinary house.
Red roofs are common in Mediterranean buildings. According to what I’ve researched online, the red roof is made of terracotta tiles made from local materials, and it’s permeable and suitable for areas with little rain.

It’s a stylish Mediterranean-style building, but there’s no past track record of local stories about a specific area passing the screening.
I wonder if local material is not treated as a category for commercialization from LEGO (R) ideas.
But it’s a cute building, so I hope it passes the screening.
