It has been decided that on November 1st, LEGO® Marvel “X-Men: X-Mansion (76294)” will be pre-released exclusively for Insiders members on the official online shop “LEGO® Shop Official Store” of the LEGO® Group.
There had been predictions that a large LEGO® Marvel set would be released on November 1st, but it has finally been officially announced, causing excitement especially among Marvel fans.

Incredibly realistic
Familiar from the movies, Cerebro, rockets, chainsaws, lasers, and even the restraints used by Sentinels to capture X-Men minifigures are all incredibly realistic
LEGO® Marvel “X-Men: X-Mansion (76294)” is a set based on the animated series “X-Men ’97”, and the included characters have been selected according to the same work.
In addition to a buildable Sentinel, the set includes a generous 10 minifigures: Professor X, Wolverine, Jean Grey, Cyclops, Gambit, Rogue, Iceman, Bishop, and Magneto. However, some main characters like Jubilee, Morph, and Cable are not included.
Deadpool, the protagonist of the blockbuster movie “Deadpool & Wolverine” released in the summer of 2024, does not appear in the anime “X-MEN ’97”, so it’s understandable that he’s not included in the “LEGO® Marvel X-Men: X-Mansion (76294)”, but there’s a strong demand for his production.
However, Deadpool and LEGO® bricks have been distant so far, with only one product including Deadpool released in 2012 and a minifigure made exclusively for San Diego Comic-Con, but no other products.

Will Deadpool be produced with LEGO® bricks in the future?
Since the “Deadpool” movie series contains many adult jokes and violent scenes, all of them are rated R15, so if we consider only the movies, the possibility of Deadpool being produced with LEGO® bricks is almost zero.
However, if he appears in “X-MEN ’97” in the future, while it can’t be said to be highly likely, at least minifigure production is possible.
“X-MEN ’97” has a TV-14 rating, which means it’s intended for audiences 14 years and older.
Is product development limited to “PG13”?
Many of the movies that have numerous LEGO® brick products released, such as Star Wars, Avengers, and Batman, are classified as “PG13” for ages 13 and up. Fast & Furious, Avatar, and Jurassic World are also generally PG13.
If LEGO® brick products are generally limited to works rated “PG13” or lower, the production of “X-Men: X-Mansion” themed after “X-MEN ’97” might have been an exception. However, an X-Jet set from “X-MEN ’97” was also released in January 2024, so there doesn’t seem to be a strict line drawn based solely on the age rating of the works.

If Deadpool Appears in “X-MEN ’97”, Product Development Might Happen
“X-MEN ’97” is a highly acclaimed popular series, with Season 2 expected to be released in 2026. According to Marvel Studios executive Brad Winderbaum, there’s a possibility that Deadpool might appear in Season 2.
If Deadpool does appear in Season 2 of “X-MEN ’97” and new LEGO® products themed after the series are released, we might see Deadpool’s revival in LEGO® bricks as a regular set for the first time since 2012.
Additionally, if he does appear in the animated “X-MEN ’97” Season 2, it will be interesting to see how they express Deadpool’s characteristic personality, which is usually seen in R-rated movies.
