On the official LEGO® Group homepage’s newsroom, information about the new “LEGO® Super Mario Mario Kart” product, set to be released on January 1, 2025, has been published.
“LEGO® Super Mario” is an interactive series where you can enjoy sound and expression changes with LEGO® block figures of Mario, Luigi, and Peach.
The newly released sets also feature the familiar barcode, allowing you to enjoy Mario Kart racing games with sound, just like before. Each machine is equipped with a shooter that launches turtle shells.
“Yoshi’s Bike (72031)” includes Yoshi and a bike, with items like a turtle and banana peel. The bike is also equipped with a shooter that launches turtle shells.
The “Mario Kart™ – Standard Kart (72032)” comes equipped with the classic Standard Kart, featuring an engine, a triangular sail for gliding, and a turtle shell shooter. It also includes a mechanic Toad figure and a Mario logo tile.
“Donkey Kong & DK Jumbo (72033)” includes Donkey Kong and the hefty wooden DK Jumbo kart, target, and shell shooter set.
The “Baby Mario vs. Baby Luigi (72034)” set features small versions of Mario and Luigi in their karts, equipped with a turtle shell shooter.
The “Toad’s Garage (72035)” set includes Toad, a kart, and a maintenance garage.
The “Baby Peach & Grand Prix Set (72036)” includes karts of Peach, Toad, and Lemmy, along with course and gate parts.
The newly released “LEGO® Super Mario Mario Kart” sets consist of the following six items. While there doesn’t seem to be any interactive features linked to the game, racing with the figures of Mario, Luigi, and Peach is sure to be exciting for everyone involved.
