An unofficial LEGO® social media account has posted information about a new Pirates of the Caribbean product. However, this should be considered unconfirmed until there’s an official announcement.
According to the post, the Black Pearl from “Pirates of the Caribbean” will be released as a LEGO® set in late 2025.
Pirates of the Caribbean LEGO® sets were mainly released in 2011 with multiple products. In 2017, when the fifth movie “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” was released, they also launched the Silent Mary ship from that film.
The Black Pearl, Jack Sparrow’s ship that’s rumored to be coming, was actually previously released as part of the 2011 lineup.

Possibly an Adult-Oriented Model
While the 2011 LEGO® Pirates of the Caribbean “Black Pearl” was a play set targeted at ages 8 and up, recent years have seen many licensed products released as adult-oriented LEGO® sets.
If the Black Pearl is indeed released in 2025, following current trends, it’s likely to be a sophisticated pirate ship model designed for adult collectors.
While no new Pirates of the Caribbean films have been released since “Dead Men Tell No Tales” in 2017, there are rumors about new series featuring younger cast members and another starring Margot Robbie.
Although it’s unclear whether new movie series will be made, if the LEGO® Black Pearl is released in 2025, it will likely be based on Johnny Depp’s Pirates of the Caribbean series.

Furthermore, there are predictions that the hugely popular pirate manga “ONE PIECE” will be transformed into LEGO® sets in 2025. While specific details about the ONE PIECE LEGO® sets aren’t available yet, they’re expected to include both adult collector models and play sets.
2025 looks promising for authentic LEGO® sailing ship models. We’ll keep you updated on any new information about both the Black Pearl and ONE PIECE LEGO® sets as it becomes available.
