The LEGO® Group’s subsidiary database and parts marketplace, “BrickLink,” has announced the schedule for the “BrickLink Designer Program Series 7.”
The “BrickLink Designer Program” is a crowdfunding initiative that brings user-created designs to market. Each round features numerous high-quality entries, and only five designs, selected through user votes and a review process by the operations team, advance to crowdfunding. Designs that surpass 3,000 pre-orders will be produced.
BrickLink Designer Program often brings to life designs that might not fit the usual categories of LEGO® Ideas. Whether you’re a creator or a fan looking to purchase unique designs, this program is worth exploring.
Medieval-themed creations, which are particularly popular in LEGO® Ideas but often not approved, are increasingly becoming a staple in the BrickLink Designer Program.
A new guidelines briefing is scheduled for December 10, 2024 (Tuesday), between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM JST.
