An instagram account that disseminates unofficial information about new LEGO® brick products has posted information about the LEGO® Icons Modular Building Set. However, this is not confirmed information until an official announcement is made.
New Release for 2025 in January?
The 2025 (2024) LEGO® Icons Modular Building Set, likely to be released with product number 10350, is currently predicted to be “Cafe and B&B” as the most likely option, with “Townhouse” as the second possibility. According to the post, the release date is expected to return to January, as it was previously.
LEGO® Icons Modular Building Sets have traditionally been released on January 1st each year, but the previous set, the Natural History Museum (10326), was released in December 2023.
Following the usual rules, the Natural History Museum should have been released in January 2024 without pre-orders, but it was actually announced in late October, with pre-orders starting simultaneously and the release on December 1, 2023, which was an exceptional schedule.

However, it is entirely possible that the new Modular Building Set will return to a January release as predicted.
