An unofficial LEGO® brick new product information social media account has posted information about the 2024 LEGO® Icons Modular Building set. However, this is not confirmed information until an official announcement is made.
According to the post, the LEGO® Icons Modular Building set (10350) expected to be released in December 2024 will not be the initially speculated townhouse, but rather a “B&B with an attached café.”
B&B stands for Bed and Breakfast, generally referring to small-scale accommodations in English-speaking countries like North America and the UK that provide lodging and breakfast.

Not a Large Building?
Recent Modular Building sets have been relatively large commercial buildings such as a natural history museum, jazz club, Southern European-style hotel, and police station, but a B&B gives the impression of a smaller-scale building.
Modular Building sets are typically 32×32 studs in size, except for the previous Natural History Museum. If a B&B is made in this size, it might end up being a large single-family home including the surrounding landscape, or perhaps something like a small apartment building.
It’s also said that this Modular Building set will be a corner lot based on the sequence, but it’s interesting to imagine how it will look when placed alongside other sets.

The LEGO® Icons Modular Building set is a building set released once a year and is particularly popular among the adult-oriented LEGO® Icons brand.
