If it passes the review, it will be released as a new LEGO® Ideas set between 2025 and 2026.

A creation featuring a traditional building from the Tuscany region of Italy. The scene is rich in greenery, with cypress trees and vineyards, making it a desirable vacation spot.
The house is built on a hill made of green bricks. On the first floor, there are barrels and equipment that appear to be used for wine production.
Inside, there’s also a wine cellar. Many delicious-looking wines are lined up!
What are the chances of it becoming a product?
The creator, BrickHammer, primarily publishes building projects and is a regular participant, with this being their 10th advancement to the review stage.
Since a building project modeled after Italy’s Cinque Terre, which has a similar concept, was approved for production in the 3rd round of 2023, it seems quite unlikely that this work will pass the review process.

If the projects that advanced to the 2024 Second Review pass the review, they are scheduled to be released as new LEGO(R) Ideas products in 2025-2026.
