This LEGO® creation is based on the 1987 movie *The Princess Bride*. The design boldly incorporates the book theme. The third minifigure from the right, the giant Fezzik, was portrayed by Andre the Giant, a professional wrestler who was also popular in Japan.

What Are the Chances of Becoming a Product?

The creator, Frogtopia, is making their debut in the LEGO® Ideas review phase.

*The Princess Bride* was not a commercial success upon its release in 1987 but later gained popularity as a family classic through home video releases. While it has a dedicated fanbase and there have been discussions of a remake, none have materialized. Various factors may make it challenging to produce as a LEGO® set.

A project based on *The Princess Bride* also advanced to the 2021 First Review but was ultimately not approved. The chances of passing this time remain uncertain, but fans are hopeful.
