The second floor is a living room-like room in a private house with a bed, piano and fireplace. There is a bed in the attic, but it looks like a warehouse.
Can Pass the Review?
The author Bricky_Brick is showing a lot of fashionable buildings. He is also the author of the commercialized Pirate Island.

All of the building designs are popular for their fashionable European taste, but it seems difficult to pass the commercialization review because the style is similar to the modular building series. Of the 10 works that received 10,000 votes, only Pirate Island was commercialized.
How about a modern cosplay shop?
If you want to commercialize it, I feel that it is more unique and more likely to make it a completely modern cosplay shop. I don’t know if there is a modern cosplay shop in the US, but the second floor will be a shooting studio and a place for layer relaxation.
This design is also a very nice building, but I don’t think it’s likely to pass the review.
